By placing an order with Valeria's Closet you agree to the terms below. We keep them short and plain on purpose.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have verified it — by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the address cannot be reached, or if we cannot verify a cash-on-delivery order after repeated attempts. You will always be told why.
Pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Colour and finish
Handloom and hand-worked pieces vary slightly from piece to piece — that is the nature of the craft, not a defect. Screen colours also vary by device.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until the parcel has been handed to the courier. After that, please use the returns process.
