Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka — ৳70, delivered in 1–2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka — ৳130, delivered in 2–4 working days.
- Express (Dhaka only) — ৳150, same or next working day for orders placed before 2pm.
Free delivery is applied automatically once your cart reaches the threshold shown in the cart.
Dispatch
Orders are packed within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on Friday or a public holiday are packed the next working day.
Tracking
You get an SMS with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also follow it from Track Your Order or the Orders tab in your account.
Before you accept
You may open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, refuse it and call us the same day.
