Yes. You may open and check it in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, refuse the parcel and call us the same day.

Cash on delivery, bKash or Nagad. For bKash and Nagad, send the money to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID in the box provided.

In almost all areas our courier partners cover. If yours is not covered, we will tell you before confirming and arrange advance payment instead.

Very close, but screen colours vary by device, and handloom pieces vary slightly by nature of the craft. We photograph in natural light and never edit the colour.

Yes. Every beauty product is sourced from verified suppliers and arrives sealed. If a seal is broken on arrival, refuse the parcel and call us.

Cold hand wash separately for the first few washes, dry in shade, and iron on medium. Silk and Jamdani are best dry cleaned. Always follow the care label.

Message us with your order number, a photo of the item and what went wrong. We confirm the return address and arrange the pickup.

We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If you changed your mind, the return courier charge is yours.

For hygiene reasons: opened skincare, makeup, lip products, innerwear and earrings. Unstitched fabric that has been cut also cannot be returned.
